Role of the Job Holder:

Our client, a reputable company located along Mombasa Road, is seeking to recruit qualified and experienced individuals to fill a Mechanic. The Mechanic will be responsible for inspecting, diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of vehicles to ensure they are in proper working condition.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Perform routine maintenance and repairs on company and client vehicles.
2. Diagnose mechanical issues using appropriate tools and methods.
3. Replace or repair parts and components as needed.
4. Maintain accurate service records and reports.
5. Advise on necessary repairs and estimated timelines.
6. Ensure workshop safety and proper use of tools.

Requirements:

1. Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience working with a variety of vehicles (both light and heavy-duty preferred).
2. Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
3. Ability to work independently and within a team.
4. Good understanding of mechanical, electrical, and computerized vehicle systems.
5. Relevant technical training or certification is an added advantage.
