About the Role:

Our client in the hotel industry is urgently seeking a dynamic and personable Bartender to join their team in Hurlingham. The ideal candidate will be passionate about mixology, customer service and creating a lively bar atmosphere that enhances the overall guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.
2. Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the bar area.
3. Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
4. Recommend drinks based on customer preferences.
5. Check customers’ identification and confirm legal drinking age.
6. Manage inventory and restock bar supplies as needed.
7. Handle cash and operate the point-of-sale system.

Qualifications:

1. Certificate/Diploma in Hospitality, Mixology, or related field.
2. At least 2 year of experience working as a bartender in a hotel or busy restaurant.
3. Strong knowledge of beverages, cocktail preparation, and customer service.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to work late hours and weekends.
