About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate and creative Junior Chef to support kitchen operations and contribute to the creation of quality dishes in a fast-paced hotel kitchen.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in food preparation and cooking under supervision.
  2. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen.
  3. Follow recipes and presentation specifications.
  4. Monitor food storage and rotation to prevent spoilage.
  5. Comply with food safety and hygiene regulations.
  6. Assist in menu planning and development.


Qualifications:

  1. Certificate or Diploma in Culinary Arts or Food Production.
  2. At least 2 years’ experience in a busy hotel or restaurant kitchen.
  3. Strong knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards.
  4. Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  5. Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
