About the Role:
Our client is in urgent need of a competent and proactive Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee cleanliness, hygiene, and housekeeping operations within their hotel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily activities of housekeeping staff.
- Ensure all guest rooms and public areas meet hotel cleanliness standards.
- Inspect rooms and report maintenance issues.
- Train and coach housekeeping staff.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Prepare schedules and manage housekeeping rosters.
Qualifications:
- Diploma in Housekeeping, Hospitality, or a related field.
- 2+ years’ experience in a housekeeping supervisory role.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good leadership and communication skills.
- Knowledge of cleaning procedures and safety standards.
