About the Role:

Our client is in urgent need of a competent and proactive Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee cleanliness, hygiene, and housekeeping operations within their hotel.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Supervise daily activities of housekeeping staff.
  2. Ensure all guest rooms and public areas meet hotel cleanliness standards.
  3. Inspect rooms and report maintenance issues.
  4. Train and coach housekeeping staff.
  5. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
  6. Prepare schedules and manage housekeeping rosters.


Qualifications:

  1. Diploma in Housekeeping, Hospitality, or a related field.
  2. 2+ years’ experience in a housekeeping supervisory role.
  3. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  4. Good leadership and communication skills.
  5. Knowledge of cleaning procedures and safety standards.
