About the Role:

We are urgently lookiCancel request sent ng for a meticulous and analytical F&B Cost Controller to join our client’s hotel team in Hurlingham. This individual will be responsible for controlling costs, reducing waste, and ensuring profitability in the food and beverage department.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Monitor and control F&B costs and prevent revenue leakage.
  2. Prepare daily and monthly cost reports.
  3. Conduct regular stock takes and reconcile variances.
  4. Monitor wastage and suggest cost-saving measures.
  5. Review and verify purchase requests and orders.
  6. Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure accurate consumption reporting.


Qualifications:

  1. Degree or Diploma in Finance, Accounting, or Hospitality Management.
  2. 3+ years of experience in cost control within a hotel or restaurant environment.
  3. Strong Excel and POS/inventory management software skills.
  4. Excellent attention to detail and analytical thinking.
  5. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
